SULLIVAN COUNTY, INDIANA — A 24-year-old Shelburn resident was taken into custody overnight on a severe Level 3 felony aggravated battery charge. Separate arrests during the same 24-hour period involved different individuals charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy family offenses following street stops.
