SULLIVAN COUNTY, IN — A Carlisle man was taken into custody on a Level 5 felony charge following an incident involving domestic battery causing bodily injury to a pregnant family member. Separate arrests during the same period involved different individuals charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and misdemeanor battery.
