SPENCER, Ind. — An investigation by Indiana Conservation Officers led to the seizure of a stolen vehicle, recently harvested ginseng, and three raccoons illegally kept on a rural property in Owen County. The suspect, identified as Larry W. Tussey, is facing charges for harvesting ginseng out of season and theft following a warrant service on July 1, 2025.
