Linton authorities have filed formal charges against a man in connection with a smash-and-grab burglary at the Country Mark Gas Station last autumn. Haviland is facing multiple counts, including Level 5 felony Burglary, Level 6 felony Theft, and Class A misdemeanor Criminal Mischief.
