SULLIVAN COUNTY, IN — A Dugger resident faces multiple felony charges, including strangulation and domestic battery with a prior conviction, following an incident over the weekend. Separate arrests during the weekend period involved different individuals charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, neglect of a dependent, possession of methamphetamine and other controlled substances, domestic battery in the presence of minors, driving without a license, habitual traffic violations, and outstanding warrants.
