SPENCER, IN – The Owen County Sheriff’s Department reported four bookings in its daily arrest media for Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The arrests range from drug-related felonies to misdemeanor conversion charges, involving individuals from Indianapolis, Gosport, and Spencer.
