DUGGER, IN — A late-night patrol at the Redbird Off-Road State Recreation Area ended in the arrest of a 29-year-old man on Saturday, April 18, 2026. A Bloomfield man was taken into custody after Indiana Conservation Officers reported finding alcohol and signs of drug use during a trail-side traffic stop.
