SPENCER, IN — The Owen County Sheriff’s Department reported four arrests on Wednesday, March 11, ranging from theft and failure to appear to serious felony narcotics and firearm charges. Among those taken into custody was a Poland, Indiana man facing a long list of felony counts following an investigation by local law enforcement.
