SULLIVAN COUNTY, IND. - An arrest involving operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction along with marijuana possession highlights recent area bookings. Separate arrests during the same period involved different individuals charged with methamphetamine possession, operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator, driving without ever obtaining a license, driving while suspended, public intoxication, controlled substance paraphernalia possession, high-blood-alcohol driving offenses, and an out-of-county warrant hold.
