SULLIVAN COUNTY, INDIANA - A recent series of law enforcement actions was highlighted by the warrant arrest of a Shelburn man for failing to register as a sex or violent offender with a prior conviction. Separate arrests during the same 24-hour period involved different individuals charged with methamphetamine possession, failure to appear on outstanding warrants, an out-of-county hold, and an unknown offense following street stops and warrant executions.
