SULLIVAN COUNTY, INDIANA - A Shelburn resident was taken into custody late Monday night after an on-street encounter led to a charge of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia. Separate arrests during the same 24-hour period involved different individuals charged with driving while suspended with a prior conviction following street stops.
