SULLIVAN COUNTY, INDIANA — A Dugger resident was taken into custody over the weekend on warrant charges alleging multiple violations of sex or violent offender registration requirements. Separate arrests during the weekend reporting period involved different individuals charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, battery, an out-of-state warrant, and multiple controlled substance offenses including methamphetamine possession.
