SULLIVAN COUNTY, IND. — A Shelburn woman was arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including neglect of a dependent and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a minor, following an incident on Thursday. Separate arrests during the same 24-hour period involved different individuals charged with residential entry, criminal vandalism, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance, and possession of narcotic drugs and paraphernalia.
