SULLIVAN, Ind. — The Sullivan County Commissioners voted to approve two separate Tax Increment Financing (TIF) resolutions, establishing new economic development allocation areas aimed at capturing tax revenues from upcoming energy, technology, and industrial developments in the county. The decisions followed actions taken earlier in the evening by the Sullivan County Redevelopment Commission.
