SULLIVAN COUNTY, INDIANA — A local resident was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for allegedly failing to register as a sex or violent offender. Separate arrests during the same 24-hour period involved different individuals charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving with a suspended license following street stops and outstanding warrants.
