SULLIVAN COUNTY, IN — A 70-year-old local resident was arrested for criminal trespass after allegedly refusing to leave a vacant real property when requested by law enforcement. Separate arrests during the same period involved different individuals charged with felony methamphetamine possession under an outstanding warrant, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior convictions, and additional counts of criminal mischief and public intoxication.
