SULLIVAN COUNTY — Sullivan County authorities reported two arrests on December 13, 2025, following separate on-street encounters that resulted in multiple drug-related charges and additional offenses. According to arrest records, both individuals were taken into custody by a Sullivan County Sheriff’s deputy and are facing felony and misdemeanor charges.
