OWEN COUNTY, INDIANA — Multiple arrests were recently processed by local law enforcement, headlined by charges against an individual for failing to file as a violent sex offender alongside multiple sex offender registration violations. Separate arrests during the same 24-hour period involved different individuals charged with residential entry, invasion of privacy, cruelty to an animal, and failure to properly dispose of dead animals.
