SULLIVAN COUNTY, INDIANA - Local authorities executed a warrant arrest on a resident accused of failing to register as a sex or violent offender. Separate arrests during the same 24-hour period involved different individuals charged with sex offender registration violations with a prior conviction, domestic battery resulting in bodily injury, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, drug possession, and invasion of privacy.
